Privacy Policy

What we collect through this website, why, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. Written in plain language, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we are

This website is run by D.G Security and Infra Private Limited (CIN U41001AS2026PTC031272), which trades in construction as D.G Construction. For your personal data, we are the “Data Fiduciary” under the Act — the organisation responsible for it.

What we collect, and why

When you book a consultation

Your name and phone number; and, if you choose to give them, your email address, plot location, whether you own the plot, the package and timeline you are considering, the built-up area you want, and anything you write in the message box. We use this only to reply to you, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation.

When you apply for a job

Your name, phone number, optional email address, the role you are applying for, your CV, and anything you write to us. We use this only to consider you for work with us.

When you call, email or WhatsApp us

Whatever you choose to tell us, used to answer you. Messages on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

When you simply visit

Like any website, our hosting provider sees technical details such as your IP address and browser type. These are used only to deliver the site, keep it secure and run the spam check on our forms. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you.

We collect this on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending a form or contacting us, and for the specific purpose you contacted us about. We never sell your data, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers, who process data only on our behalf and only so that this website and our inbox work:

  • Our website host — stores and serves this website, protects it from attack, runs the check that stops spam on our forms, and delivers what you send through a form to our inbox.
  • Our email provider — the inbox where messages from the forms, and any CV you attach, arrive.
  • Our map provider — the map on the Contact page is loaded from an external map service. If you open that page, the map service receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. Nothing you type into a form is sent to it.

These providers may process data on servers outside India. We use them only as the Act permits. We share personal data with anyone else only when the law requires it — for example, a lawful request from a government authority.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not go ahead — deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you.
  • If you become a client — kept for the length of your project and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records.
  • Job applications and CVs — deleted six months after you apply, unless you join us.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see below.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law or for a contract with you;
  • withdraw your consent — we then stop using your data for that purpose;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
  • raise a complaint with us, and have it answered.

To do any of these, contact us using the details below. We will reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Keeping it safe

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Forms go straight to one company inbox — nothing you send is stored on the website itself. Access to that inbox is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

Children

This website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
