We walk your plot, check access, soil and setbacks, and give you a realistic budget band before a single drawing is made.

02Design, drawings & approvals
Architectural and structural drawings, Vastu alignment where you want it, and every municipal permission filed and followed up by us.

03Construction & stage checks
A fixed stage schedule with stage-linked payments. Each stage closes only after its written quality check is signed.

04Handover
A joint walkthrough, the snag list cleared, then documents, test records and warranties handed to you in one file.

A contractor promises quality.
A firm publishes the checks.
Eight checks, run on every project, recorded and signed before the next stage begins. You receive the complete record at handover — including the ones that failed first time and what we did about them.

Soil & foundation verification
Bearing capacity confirmed on site before footing depth is fixed. No assumed depths carried over from a nearby plot.

Steel bar-bending inspection
Diameter, spacing, lap length and cover checked against the structural drawing before any pour. Photographed and filed.
Structure
Concrete grade & cube testing
Mix design confirmed, and cube samples tested at 7 and 28 days. You receive the lab results, not a verbal assurance.

Curing compliance log
Curing recorded daily for the full period. Most long-term cracking in Assam homes begins with curing that was cut short in a dry week.
Services & finishes
Waterproofing & damp check
Roof, terrace, bathrooms and plinth ponding-tested before any finish goes on. Non-negotiable in a state with this much rainfall.

Concealed services testing
Plumbing pressure-tested and electrical circuits megger-tested before walls are closed. A leak found after plastering is your money, not ours.

Finish & level tolerance
Plaster plumb, floor level and tile alignment checked against a written tolerance with a spirit level and straightedge — not by eye.
Handover
Pre-handover snag round
A joint walkthrough with you, everything listed, everything closed. Nothing is signed off while an item is open.
If a check fails, work stops at that stage until it passes. That is the part most clients never see written down.
Stage one costs you nothing.
We visit your plot and give you a realistic budget band before any drawing is made. You leave with a number and a timeline, not a sales pitch.
